Shipping Policy

NEW ZEALAND

At this stage, there are set shipping costs based on location.  These will be allocated at checkout. 

Pickup in Auckland is also an option.

INTERNATIONAL

Please enquire for a quote - please advise which item you're interested in when requesting a quote.

Return & Exchange Policy

ART FROM WEBSITE

If you are dissatisfied with your artwork, then please contact : paula@allaboutpromo.co.nz to explain your issue.

If the artwork is returned and received in perfect condition within 7 days of receipt, then a full refund will be made. Freight costs for return are the cost of the Purchaser.

If the Artist receives the artwork back damaged, there will be no refund.

 

All works are copyrighted - no copies may be taken.

COMMISSIONS

I work in an expressive style most of the time which leaves room for interpretation. 

If a commission isn't to the satisfaction of the Purchaser, then it is no problem to return for a full refund.

Photographs will be provided in the first instance. Once feedback has been offered and any changes made to accommodate the Purchaser, if possible, the commission can be rejected at this stage if preferred.

If the commission is sent out and rejected, it must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Return freight costs are the cost of the Purchaser. 

No refunds will be made until the artwork is received back by the Artist in the same condition as when it was sent.

If the commission is not accepted by or is returned by the Purchaser, then the Artist may sell the painting to another buyer. If the commission was of a specific individual then the painting will be edited to remove any obvious resemblance.

These terms must be agreed to prior to a commission being undertaken. If the client doesn't want a rejected,  adjusted painting to be on-sold, then a non-refundable deposit will be required.
